Is this coat flame resistant?

My son work as a linesman and has to have flame resistant clothing. I’m looking for a heated jacket that is and am having trouble finding one

Although the Radians® DCHJ076ATB DEWALT® Heated Heavy Duty Work Coat, with its Duck Outer Shell in a classic Brown color, provides excellent warmth and durability, it should be noted that this jacket is not Flame Resistant.
